Nashville Elopement

The BEST Nashville Elopment Vendors (and where to find them)!

Planning an elopement in Nashville? Wondering where to find a Nashville elopement venue, or wedding officiant, and other things you need to have the best elopement ever? Good news! I've gathered all the info from the best vendors in town and put it in one nifty place.

You’ve already decided on eloping Nashville, but where exactly in the city will you stand as you exchange your vows? Here are options to consider.

Riverwood Mansion
This historic mansion is full of southern charm, and has both indoor and outdoor options as well as inclusive elopement packages, starting at only $800.

Bicentennial Mall
Located near downtown, this beautiful park has stunning Capitol views and is oozing Tennessee pride.

CJ's Off the Square
A quaint garden full of southern charm in the heart of Franklin. Their elopement package includes an officiant, bouquet, bout and two hours for 10 guests for $1495.

Next, you’ll need someone to actually perform the ceremony and make the marriage legal.

Ralph Griggs
A personable, nondenominational minster who has helped countless couples with their wedding and elopement ceremonies. He is the go-to officiant for Nashville weddings.

Marriage License Facts
In the state of Tennessee, you must obtain a marriage license within 30 days prior to your wedding from any TN county clerk’s office. You will both need proof of your date-of-birth and your social security number. After the ceremony, the officiant will sign it and mail it back to the county clerk within three days. A witness is not required. Additionally, as of July 1st, 2019, ministers who were ordained online cannot legally perform ceremonies in the state.

Gown + Tuxedo

Just because you’re eloping doesn’t mean you can’t still dress the part of a bride and groom!

LVD Bridal
A curated collection of gowns from boutique sample collections, other brides, and vintage buying trips. Perfect for brides working on a short timeline.

Street Tuxedo
With their complete inventory locally housed in a Nashville warehouse, their response time to last minute orders is unlike any other.

You might be eloping to avoid wedding planning details, but selecting the right bouquet can elevate the entire experience without becoming an overwhelming task.

Rosemary + Finch
The genius Mary Love Richardson provides natural,
garden-esque floral design, and makes the entire process simple and easy.

Vintage Florals
Melissa Broadwell and her team use beautiful blooms and interesting textures to create exquisite designs with interesting shape and depth.

Last, but certainly not least, you'll need an experienced wedding photographer who knows the city and knows how to tell your story. After all, it is an elopement, and since very few people (or even no one at all!) will be present to witness your wedding, everyone you know will have to experience your story through photos.
