Wedding Photography process
Thinking about booking? Want to know what your experience will be like? Here's the breakdown.
1) Let's chat
Tell me all about what you envision for your photos. Don't be afraid to gush about your wedding! The more you tell me, the better I can serve you.
2) make it official
When you're ready to book, a deposit of $2000 and a signed contract is required to secure the date. Both can be handled electronically, right from your phone.
3) Engagement session
Once you're booked, we'll plan your engagement session. This will be a chance to see just how fun and easy being in front of the camera can be. Don't worry, you'll be directed so you won't have to awkwardly wonder what to do with your hands.
4) Countdown to wedding
Got questions or ideas for your photos? I'm always available to listen. We can even plan a time to grab some dinner, just to chat. Your final payment is due four weeks before the wedding.
5) Final wedding prep
A week before the wedding, we'll chat one more time. During this phone call, we'll make sure we're on the same page for your timeline and create a family shot list together.
6) Wedding Day!
While pictures are obviously a big part of the day, I never want them to over shadow the significance of the day itself. That's why I work quickly, so you can focus on celebrating.
7) delivering your photos
About eight weeks after the wedding, your photos will be ready! If you've booked the Signature Collection, a beautiful linen box of a couple dozen fine art prints will arrive at your door. After you've let those photos and emotions soak in, the rest of your photos are available in your gallery and on your USB.
8) creating your album
You pick out your favorite photos for me to use to personally design your album. Before the album gets sent to the printer, you'll have a chance to review the design and make any changes you wish. Customize your album with cover materials, colors, and imprinting.
9) Frames and prints
You shouldn't have any work to do when it comes to your photos, so I'll handle printing, framing, and even gallery wall installation. Just ask and it shall be yours.
